Each tour allows for up to 10 "Scenes" with up to eight photos for each scene. Although this may seem to be a large task to manage, our online manager can make this a simple process.
 - Spending a few minutes organizing your photos and listing details before you start uploading your photos will save you time and improve the overall impression of your virtual tours.

Options Available
Modify An Existing Scene
- From the Admin Main Menu select Edit Tours.
- Click the Edit Tour button for the listing you want to modify.
- Click the Scenes/Photos button.
- Click the Edit button for the scene you would like to modify.
Replacing existing photos
- Click the edit button for the scene you want to modify.
- Click the Browse next to the image you want to replace.
- Select a new photo from your computer.
- Click Open to confirm your selection.
- Repeat this process for every photo you want to replace.
- To complete the process and upload your photos, click the Save Changes button.
 - Uploading a new photo in place of an existing photo will permanently delete the original photo from the tour.
Adding a new photo
- Click the Browse next to a field that shows "No Photo Available"
- Select a photo from your computer.
- Click Open to confirm your selection.
- Repeat this process for every photo you want to add to your scene.
- To complete the process and upload your photos, click the Save Changes button.
Add A New Scene
- From the Admin Main Menu select Edit Tours.
- Click the Edit Tour button for the listing you want to modify.
- Click the Scenes/Photos button.
- Click on the Add New Scene button.
- Enter your Scene Title text- This will be a headline and link name for the scene on your flash tour.
- Enter your Scene Caption text- This is the description of the scene which will be displayed with any photos associated with the scene.
- Add your photos- Click the Browse next to a field that shows "No Photo Available"
- Select a photo from your computer.
- Click Open to confirm your selection.
- Repeat this process for every photo you want to add to your scene.
- To complete the process and upload your photos, click the Save Changes button.
- Uploading of your photos may take a long time depending on the number of photos, your internet connection speed and the size of your photos.
Delete A Scene
- From the Admin Main Menu select Edit Tours.
- Click the Edit Tour button for the listing you want to modify.
- Click the Scenes/Photos button.
- Click the Delete button next to the scene you want to remove.
- Deleting a scene will permanently delete all details for the scene.
