Publishing or Hiding A Tour
Virtual tours can be created and published for viewing on the internet or remain "hidden" as an un published tour.

• From the Admin Menu, Select Edit Tours.
• All tours will be displayed with the publish status.
• The publish status will be displayed as follows:
  - Indicates the tour is published and viewable on the internet.
  - Indicates the tour is not published and is hidden from view on the internet.
• To Publish a tour click the image. You will see the tour changed to

Linking To Your Published Tour

• From the Admin Menu, Select Edit Tours from the main menu.
• Displayed directly above each tour you will find a link that looks like:
  tours.vtshowcase.com/VTS###### , where the # symbols represent your tour number.
• When linking to the tour add http:// in front of the tour link.
  Example: http://tours.vtshowcase.com/VTS######
• The link will automatically generate a pop-up window correctly sized for your tour.
