- How do I get my tour information and photos into my Showcase Tour?
The VT Showcase service is driven by an online Administrative program. All features needed to create and manage Showcase Tours including uploading photos is done online.

- How do I add my agent photo to my tour?
You can upload your digital photo using our upload wizard. Our back-end graphics engine will automatically resize the photo to fit nicely for every tour style.

- Do you create the tours for me?
No. VT Showcase provides all of the tools and resources required for you to create your own Showcase Tours. As the administrator of your own tours, you no longer need to count on someone else to create, manage or edit your tours. With our easy edit features, you can now have full control of your Showcase Tours 24/7/365.
- How long can my tour stay on VTShowcase.com?
All tours will remain active for as long as you need them. You can even “hide” your tour from the public, and still have access to the tour if you need it later.
- What digital photo format does the VT Showcase service accept.
Although the ideal format is jpeg (jpg), you can upload any of the following standard file formats: gif, bmp, jpeg, jpg, tiff, tif and png. Our back-end graphics engine will convert these formats into the internet standard jpeg (.jpg) for display on your Showcase Tour.
- What type of digital camera can I use?
Any digital camera (or scanner) can be used. The ideal camera should include either software or features that allow for generating any of the digital photo formats noted above.
- Can I have full 360° images in my Showcase Tour?
Yes, if you have a camera capable of taking panoramic photos or if you have software that "stitches" multiple photos together, you can have 360° images in your each or your Showcase Tours. Simply load the 360° image as you do a normal image and VTShowcase will do the rest. For a 360° image, the tour window will pan the image from left to right to show the full image. VTShowcase offers panoramic stitching software to subscribers at a reduced price.

- Does a panoramic images count as a single photo?
Yes. A panoramic image, regardless of size, is considered as a single photo. You can conceivably have up to 80 panoramic images for a single tour.
- How many scenes can I have in one Showcase Tour?
Your tour can include up to 10 scenes, with 8 images per scene. A scene can include any combination of individual still photos and panoramic images. Each scene allows for a complete text description as well.
- How long does it normally take to create a tour?
You can create a tour in just minutes. The time it takes to create a tour will largely depend on how many scenes and photos you include in your tour.
- How do I put my voice description on the tour?
Most later model computers include the capability to plug a microphone into the sound card for recording. The file format for the sound file should be wave (.wav) to ensure good sound quality. Once the sound file is created, simply upload the sound file to your tour using the online upload wizard provided. One voice recording can be uploaded for every tour.
- Is my tour uploaded to my site or to VTShowcase.com?
All tours are hosted on the VT Showcase servers. There is no need for special programs or coding to present your tours from your web site. Simply use the link we provide to link to your tour from your web site. As far as your viewers are concerned, the tour will look as though it is part of your site.
- Can I have a custom banner for my Showcase Tour?
Custom banners will be offered in a future release of VT Showcase. Please feel free to call us for additional details.
- Can I upload my virtual tours to Realtor.com?
Yes! Now that VTShowcase is a Picture Path provider, we can post your tours to Realtor.com.
