Your VT Showcase features include two primary components-
1- Your Showcase Flash Tour is your Virtual Tour and several other pages that are viewed by your customers and audience. These include the Flash® virtual tour, the listings page, print or flyer page, and several forms.
2- The Admin Menu- This is the menu of features options and controls to build, modify and publish your tours and other viewable pages. This area is only available to you, the administrator of your tours. Features include create a tour, edit tours, account settings and billing details among other services.

Flash® Virtual Tour
The Flash® Virtual Tour is the Showcase for presenting your listings. Using the latest Macromedia Flash® technology, each of your tours will represent you and your company with taste and professionalism.
Each Flash® Tour Includes:
- Custom Banner Text
- A dynamically driven slide show
- Your photo or logo
- Up to 10 scenes (each scene allows for up to 8 photos)
- Listing details for each scene
- Custom buttons & forms
- Slide show controls
- A wide selection of "skins" that can be changed with a click of a button.

Listing Page
Integrated into the Flash® Tour is a full featured listing page of all your virtual tour listings. Features include:
- Your photo or logo
- Introductory text
- Contact information
- Thumbnail of each listing
- Listing details
- Listing status icon
- Pop-up link to the Flash® presentation
- Pop-up link to the detailed listing page
- Listing sort feature

Listing Detail Page
A listing page which includes all the details about your listing. Information includes:
- Detailed listing description
- Address (optional)

Custom Contact Forms
Easily accessible forms to contact you from every page of your presentations.
- Contact Me- Sends an email to you with contact details and listing information.
- Page Me- Visitors can send a text message via email to your text enabled pager or cell phone.
- Share Listing- Allows the viewer to send personal message and a link to your tour to another person quickly and easily.

The Admin Menu provides the tools and options that will allow you to build, modify and publish your tours. Each section provides instant online help by clicking on the Help! icon.
The Admin Menu is organized into six categories:
- Quick access to our main features, current specials, news, updates and more.
- View Tours- View your tours and listing presentations in same manner as your visitors.
- Edit Tours- Access to tour edit features.
- My Profile- Access to default tour settings.
- Account Settings- View and edit your account and billing information.
- Tools & Help- Help topics, tutorials, software and resources.

View Tours
The View Tours section gives you a preview of your published virtual tours as your visitors will see them. This section will allow you to quickly review your tours, listing page, detail page and more without leaving the Admin Menu edit site. |

Edit Tours
The Edit Tours section is the starting point for editing or creating your tours. From here you can:
- Create a new tour
- Edit existing tours
- View a summary status of each tour
- Change the tour layout/design
- View the finished Flash tour

My Profile
The My Profile section is where you manage your default tour settings. In this area you can:
- Upload your photo
- Customize your buttons
- Edit your contact information
- Set up your Page Me feature
- Customize your Listings Page

Account Settings
The Account Settings section allows you to:
- Edit and update your password
- Modify your billing details
- Add new agents (office accounts)
